Any tips

I am heading down to US/IOA this thursday through Sat. I am chaperoning a middle school band trip down. I have not been to US in nearly 20 years, although we are WDW frequent flyers.

Any tips you can give me for US/IOA would be great. I hope to make good use of single rider lines since it will be just me and a couple of chaperones unless my daughter is with me (hahaha).

We will be in US on Friday but we don't arrive until around 1 due to their performance at Citywalk and US closes at 6 that night. Are we going to be able to accomplish much in only 5 hours?

Then Saturday is all day open to close at IOA.

Are their touring plans that are helpful for US/IOA like there are for WDW?

Just want to be sure we make good use of the limited time.

Fridays can be crazy with school groups just like yours. Universal is not as crowded as IOA, so that will work out better. You can get lots accomplished but I would skip Rip Ride ROckit as the lines can be very long and it really isn't that good of a coaster anyways.
