I've found some lovely designs for an EPCOT passport on here and I've adapted them to make pages suitable to what we need. However, I'm not certain about printing them. What sort of paper to people use? How do they assemble them afterwards? Any tips? THANK YOU

I definitely would recommend printing on card stock. You need a heavier weight paper since they will be writing and stamping the passport.

As far as printing and assembly...it depends on which passport you are making. Are you making one of Natalie's or the one that you print and fold like a real passport?

If it is one of Natalies, treat it like an autograph book. There are three ways that you can print and bind:
1. You could print on cardstock and add extra white to the top or side so that you can have it spiral bound at a print shop.
2. You can upload the pictures to a company like snapfish, walmart photo, etc. and have it made into a flip book or photo album.
3. You could print on cardstock and slide into the pockets of a photograph album.

If it is the one that you fold like a real passport...it is set up ready to be printed. Then you print, trim and fold.

Thank you. It is one of Natalies designs but I've adapted it to be like a passport. But If the pages are placed on top of each other ready to fold surely they won't be together. IE if I've got two sides for the UK and put the USA on top of it then fold it the UK pages will be seperated out. Am I being thick? :confused3 Thanks for the ideas about photo albums, spiral binding etc and the card stock info btw.

If you are going to put two cards on a page and fold it...you will have to reorder everything. Once you place the pages on top of each other and fold the original order will not work. You are correct.
