Any tips for a successful planning session?

Hey Disney Brides,

I leave for my planning session in about 2 1/2 weeks. I'm starting to get my pictures together, but I was wondering if any brides had tips for a successful and efficient planning session?

Write down all your questions because when you get there it's like your mind goes blank and before you know it your back at your resort. Take lots of pictures and video, we did and I love having the memory. Ask to go see your venue's a head of time so they can make sure there are no weddings at that time and last but not least...enjoy!

Come prepared. If you're exactly sure of what you want your flowers, chairs, etc to look like, bring pictures. If you're not sure but have a general idea (like you want pink flowers in a certain shade but you don't know exactly what you want), have pictures or sketches of what you're looking for.

The more detail you have going into it, the easier you make it on your WP and floral planner.

Most important: Relax! Have a great time...the planning session can be a lot of fun.
