Any thoughts on the Solterra resort?

Looks to be pretty new in the Reunion/Champions Gate area. Houses look lovely. Anyone ever stayed there or have any thoughts?

This resort is brand new, we own a house finished in March (I don't think the forum rules allow me to advertise which one).
The clubhouse and resort pool are open; including gym and tennis courts.
The villa we own is situated on the lakeside. All of the houses around that area are near completion so construction has moved north and east.
Posner Park is close by and the I4 give good access to the Disney Parks. The coasts are only an hour east or west and Busch Gardens (my favourite) is 50 mins away.

Thanks for the info. How far is the drive to disney? I saw one site that claimed 10 minutes but that doesn't seem right looking at the map.

Agreed, my guess is that it will take 15-20 minutes depending on which park.
