Any thoughts on Peacock Suites

I just booked a 1 bd room at Peacock Suites for April 1-8th. Was hoping DGC was avail through RCI but our 2nd choice was. Has anyone stayed here and have any info or reviews?

We stayed there for one night December 2013. It was fine! We took the ART to the parks.

Thank you. I seen that they refurbished the place. Ive also read reviews that the parks are within walking distance but I wasnt too sure how true that may be.

It's technically walking distance, but it is a long walk. It can definitely be done, though. I wouldn't recommend it if you have small children.

We have AP's and this is our go-to hotel. Love the place.

Awesome!!! It will just be my dd17 and myself.
Im so excited because her senior class is going to WDW but since she has been there over 15 times she wanted to go somewhere else. She has always wanted to go to CA so I think this will be a great surprise

She thinks we are going on a cruise but she wont find out we are heading to CA until we are in line for TSA

The ART was very easy and stops right out front. We had a refurbished room and it was nice! Plus the staff was very friendly. They had a free breakfast too if you want to grab stuff on the way out each morning nothing fancy at all- muffins, fruit and yogurt was all when we were there.

Correct. No breakfast. Discontinued that 1.5 years ago.
