Any thoughts on Horizons?

First time we are staying off site. My DH just booked us at the Horizons. Any one ever stayed there? I couldn't find that much info on a search here. We have a 2 BR and the pool looks pretty cool. Does any one know how the rooms are and any area resturants around? Thanks in advanced

do you mean Horizon by Marriott Vacation Club at Orlando?

the pool is very nice.

the only complaint I have even heard is the lack of whirlpool in the master bath.

otherwise the reviews are pretty nice!

it is located near SW - but almost residency area. the Marriott's Cypress Harbour is where you go for groceries - so it probably has a restuarant.

you know this does have a full kitchen.

Let me know if you have any other questions. There are many restaurants nearby. They would include Denny's, Outback, Landry's seafood, Bahama breeze, and many more.

There are 2 Publixes right nearby. First Publix, left out of resort, right at light onto seaharbor, pass discovery cove on right, over International drive, comes up on right, second Publix, right out of resort, right on I-drive at light, comes up on right in a small mall) They have good prices and fresh products.
