Any talk of bringing back the peoplemover?

Just curious if there is any talk of bringing the peoplemover back to life and if so, how difficult would it be from an engineering standpoint? The track is still in place, correct?

We were on a VIP tour in '08, and our guide (fantastic) told us that that is the number one priority - to bring back the Peoplemover. However, the timing will happen later than sooner, due to the cost, and the activity happening at DCA.

I am soooo looking forward to it.

Yes, they are. But it has low priority status on the "list".
Personally, I'm hoping it's by 2012 when DCA is complete with all its changes as I loved the PeopleMover. But with Disney, you never know!

I've seen and heard rumors about it coming back for years, but until such time as they make it official, I'm not going to get excited about a rumor. I do hope it comes back though.

We had a CM tell us the same thing, that they are planning to bring it back, just no news on WHEN. . I sure hope they do, just so my kids get a chance to experience it!
