Any suggestions for itinerary?

We are arriving on Friday July 15th and staying at the Contemporary. We will head to MK that day because it is tradition. I can't decide where to go Saturday. We will be sleeping in a bit then doing breakfast at Chef Mickey's at 9:40am. Which park do you recommend on a Saturday?

Perhaps catch the Monorail to Epcot and head directly to the World Showcase for the 11am opening.
