Any sugar-free, caffeine-free drinks at WDW?

It's tough trying to keep a handle on both sugar and caffeine issues! I know a few fast-food places are starting to carry the Caffeine-Free Diet Coke and Diet Sprite, so I was wondering if any restaurants at WDW have started doing that as well?

I'm on the low carb diet and I can't stand regular diet Coke (I like Zero Coke or Splenda Coke which aren't available at WDW) and I found it very difficult to find a good drink.

I did see some carts starting to get diet sprite and some carts had light lemonaide which was very helpful.

Some resort food courts also had light lemonaide and other flavors.

I wish they would just start serving brewed iced tea at all the counter service places. I have never allowed my kids to drink soda except on rare occasions so when we went to WDW they were happy to go hog wild. Now I have switched them to ice tea instead of soda at WDW because its ridiculous to drink that much sugar but they don't like the yukky instant stuff and I don't either. I know a lot of people bring along the little individual packets of Crystal Light to put in water bottles when they want something besides water that's sugar/caffeine free.

Do you mean unsweet tea? Because sweetened tea has just as much if not more sugar in it than soda...I don't drink either but DH MUST have his tea and the only place we found that has it is Liberty Tree. I am diabetic so I mostly drink water and milk..FUN FUN!!!!

Yes I mean unsweetened tea. I grew up in Texas and know from watching my grandmother make sweet tea just how sweet it is! Frankly, the sweet tea I ordered once at Rainforest just to see if I still liked it as much as I did when I was a kid at grandma's house, tasted sweeter than any cola or soft drink I have ever drank. My kids put a slice of lemon in unsweetened and prefer it over soda now, it was easy to switch them!

P.S. The only two places I know of in WDW that eveb offer sweet tea are RFC and LTT.

I don't think it's totally sugar free. It's low calorie (15) and about 3 or 4 carbs.

The Diet Coke at the Cantina in Mexico (Epcot) is listed as caffiene free.

Not if you use splenda, sweet n low, equal, etc. instead of sugar. Most foodcourts/restaurants I've been to give you iced tea and your choice of what sweetener to use- it doesn't come already sweetened.

I won't drink anything that has calories and I'm not a huge soda fan so that's what I drink- iced tea w/artificial sweetener. I hate the thought of drinking a big soda thats like 300 calories. If I'm gonna consume 300 calories it better be something good like a slice of pizza.. lol

I am not sure if it is offered anywhere at WDW, but "sweet tea" as I have come to understand is Southern-speak for "tea-colored suger syrup with ice cubes". Many local restaurant serve "sweet tea", already with the system shocking amount of sugar in it.

The only place we have found Diet Sprite is at DTD in the Earl of Sandwich. It's over in a corner where the bottled drinks are at. We stocked up when we found this as I was so sick of Diet Coke by that point.

On our last trip we found that a quick stop at a SuperTarger was in our best interests so that we could stock up on our favorite drinks/snacks to have in the room. We were all much happier!

I forgot to mention the one place I saw the diet sprite was at the cart in front of the Castle but it was on tap, not a bottle.

Unfortunately sugar free and caffiene free are few and far between as I am always on the look out and because I restrict my caffiene for medical reasons unsweetened ice tea doesn't work. Trail'sEnd has sweet tea. I only know this because my mother ordered unsweetened and the server gave her the wrong one. Which he corrected so it was no problem. I had a sip and boy was it sweet!!

It sounds like I may find what I'm looking for if I look hard enough...not sure about the Crystal Light packets since we always have our Brita-To-Go bottles of water in the parks and that may filter the Crystal Light right out of it?!?! The unfiltered water in the parks seems to upset my stomach.

I'll 3rd it! I take Crystal Light Lemonade, They also have a decaf Ice Tea. The Raspberry Ice is good, too. Crystal Light also has pre made bottles. I pop them in the fridge the night before or freeze them the night before.

Hoop dee Doo also serves sweet tea as well as unsweetened ice tea.

I love ice tea (unsweetened) and have found that all the TS places at WDW serve very fresh ice tea. The one exception for me was one meal at San Angel Inn.

I have also seen caffeine free diet coke at many TS restaurants.
