Any specials going on for Disney Visa holders?

Any special offerings going on like the free Photo or discount at DTD?

The free 5x7 photo at EPCOT is still going on but that's about it right now. I haven't gotten anything on new stuff yet. It would be nice if they did more discounts though on things other than packages and merchandise. A lunch/dinner discount in the parks would be great. Just wishful thinking though.

I got the photo on 10/21 and the discount at WoD on 10/23.

The best 'discount' was when it prompted me to sign up for a Disney Visa while I was buying our MNSSHP tix on the Disney site. I did and got an immediate $40 credit. Otherwise, I agree the discounts seem few and far between.

To use the WoD discount, do you have to make the charge on the card, or just show the card?

I think just show the card ... she asked if I wanted to "keep the charges on it."

Never hurts to save on those souvenirs.

Is there any reason to use the Disney Visa as your credit card on file for room charges? I paid for the package cost on the card to take advantave of the 6 month 0% interest but I don't think that applies to these charges. The interest rate for normal purchase on this card are higher then another card that i have, so I may use it instead.

I do wish that the Disney Visa had more competitive discounts.
