I have posted on this subject more than I can count, so forgive me if you've heard this one before... I was the blister queen; almost ruined a WDW vacation. Spent one day riding the monorail visiting resorts because I couldn't make it around the parks, In NOVEMBER! DH swore he would not take me back until I found some blister solutions. Here they are:
* Great shoes. I found a runners shoe store that had me walk around barefooted so they could see how my feet touched the ground. They suggested some "Saucony" shoes. That's all I wear now!
* Thorlo socks or blister blockers. I wear the thin ones. They have two layers of cloth that absorb the friction so your foot doesn't
* Vaseline between the toes! My little toes overlap each other and I would get blisters between them. Sounds yucky, but it works. The toes slide against each other with the Vaseline and the skin doesn't stick.
* I pack my fanny pack with: vaseline, pre cut moleskin, and the Band aid blister blockers. I haven't needed any of them, but I'm paranoid!
I haven't had a blister since. That was three Disney trips ago. Woo Hoo!
