Any special events during RockYourDisneySide 24-hour party?

I haven't gotten to attend any of the previous 24-hour parties at the Parks. Do you think there will be special "events" inside Magic Kingdom during the Party, or will it pretty much be a standard MK day that happens to go on for 24 hours?


I'm at least hoping they break out some obscure characters for it, like Darkwing and Launchpad.

Last year I know they had Monster's Inc playing all night over in Tmrland, and some random long dance parties over in the hub, along with some characters out in their pj's around the park, and 2 showings of MSEP (the later one being 1 am)

I have heard rumours of extra characters coming out this year, and with the "hero's and villains" theme, and having Hercules out for training in the past few months, I wouldn't be surprised to see some pop up, especially the princes at the least!

I hope they release some info soon! I would wait in an A&E sized line to meet Darkwing and Launchpad.

Disney has done them every year since 2012, this being the third year. I would imagine it will continue being an annual event due to the popularity especially if they keep with the additions such as the "Heroes & Villains" attending this year.
