Any souvenir cups with refills at the parks?

Do any of the parks sell souvenir cups that you can get refilled for a small fee or free the duration of your stay?
I know the resorts offer mugs. But I am asking about the actual parks themselves. And if so, is the cup valid any day you go to the parks for the entire season? Can you cross parks with it?

1) When they don't pay for the pop, why have a refill mug?
2) Better to make big bucks glass-by-glass or bottle-by-bottle.

NOTE: The water parks do have mugs for THAT one visit.

Sorry there is no refillable mug at the 4 main parks.

I do believe there is a refillable mug (for a price) at the water parks.

Then the resorts have a refillable mug (for free) when you stay at them.

Thanks for the replies folks. We went to Dorney Park today and they had a souvenir cup for $8.99 with $1.99 refills so I thought I would ask. At least Disney gives ice water if you ask for it.
We plan to bring a couple of bottles of water for each person each day; but I have a feeling they won't last very long in the Florida sun.

dbf and i were able to get souvenir mugs either last year or the year before (we bought one year, but not the other) and were able to do that. is this a new change? we bought mugs and they were a pain to carry around the park without a bag, but we were able to get discounted refills.

AK used to have cups with animal heads on them that they would offer discounted refills on. I don't recall seeing them on our last trip so I don't know if they still offer that or not. But that was the only park to do so.

there was one in MK and one in epcot. the epcot one had the illuminations earth on it and had lights around the top that went in a circle, lighting one by one. the MK one had just a big mickey on it (i believe).

At the resorts, if you have a regular dining plan (for 2011), the mug is not free. You have to pay for them. But in 2012 it will be free. QS & Delux DP has free mugs thou.
