No controversies please but would love to hear about any sites where you can get some of those wonderful WDW songs...? For example: POC (my favorite) or music from Main St. Electrical Parade.. Would love to be able to listen while I am on this site... Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by "downloading" since you said you want to listen while on line. If you go to www.live365.com and search for "sorcerer radio" you can listen to theme park music while on-line for free. You will have to supply a user name and password. I especially enjoy listening in the evenings (around 9:00 eastern time). They play the nighttime music, like Spectromagic, Wishes, Illuminations, etc. They will also play the monorail tracks and the Zippity Doo Dah Tip of the Day!

Thanks so much for posting those sites, I was looking for the same thing. I have the audio to most of the rides, but I was looking for the audio from the nightime fireworks/parades. I only have the Wihes Soundtrack and I really wanted to be able to listen to some stuff from SpectroMagic, Illuminations and Fantasmic before I buy the soundtracks later on. Thanks!

Another shameless plug for MouseHouseRadio. ;)

Apple's iTunes has a huge Disney catalog as part of their online offerings. Songs are 99 cents. iTunes also offers Disney "Storyette"'s which are condensed (20 mins or so) spoken word versions of many disney movies. I know that iTunes has the POC theme song.

radio buena vista is another great live365 station as well as disney rob radio.

Aloha!

Thanks for these great tips!

Can anyone help me figure out why I can only get Walt's welcome on Mousehouseradio.com and then it shuts off?

Thanks!

Since you didn't want a lecture...

Everyone has mentioned live365 and other web stations that require an internet connection and you're at the mercy of the station for what is playing. If you want the music on your computer, you can download any of the file sharing programs (Winmx, limewire, bearshare, etc) and get a lot of Disney (and other) music.

Also, you can technically "strip" the music from a live365 site or anything that plays audio on your computer with some programs. I forget the name of a good free program I have on my home desktop PC.

What you do with information/knowledge is up to you.
