I am addressing the question to all the ladies out there...

Recently, I met a female who is as big of a Disney nut as I am.. Well, things were going pretty good for the first few days.. We spoke on the phone for hours, talking about Disney stuff.... Well, one night, while on the phone, a female friend of mine called me... When I clicked back over, the Disney nut girl asked me who it was.. When I told her, she had a fit... She said that my female friend and I talk a lot and that I could have her... I was really annoyed... I tried to explain how men and women can be friends without there being anything romantic between the two.. She said no, men and women cannot be just friends... and for a woman to call a man a lot means she likes the man... I again tried to explain that there is nothing like that between my friend and I, but she wouldn't hear of it... She acted like a 2 year old baby throwing a tantrum after not getting her way.... She kind of put be in a spot where I had to choose between her or my friend.. I told her I was not going to lose a friend over her immaturity and she said FINE... but then she calmed down, I guess realizing how stupid and immature she was sounding... This is the 4th night now and I still haven't called her...

So, my question is.. ladies, do you think men and women can be just friends? Also, what do you think of this Disney chick???

1. Yes I think men and women can be friends with out mutal romantic feelings. I have several male friends, and think of them as annoying brothers...lol.

2. I think this "disney chick" needs a reality check and needs to grow up.

Yes, women and men can be just friends. I have plenty of guy friends and we see eachother as nothing more than friends. I talk to them daily and there is a line drawn that wouldn't be crossed because we plain just don't see eachother in that way!

It seems like this chick has been previously burned badly (but who knows because I personally do not know her so I can't say for sure of course) and that's her jealousy talking. I'm wary of anyone who has a jealous streak b/c 10 times out of 10 it only gets worse.
