Any school bus drivers on the board?

I'm training to get my CDL. They tell me I'm doing great, I don't feel so comfortable about it. This AM I went out and ran over two curbs and hit a huge tree branch. When an SUV crossed over my yellow line I let out quite a loud expletive! My trainer keeps saying it takes time and all of a sudden it will click. I just don't know. She will be away for 17 days and I will only be driving sporadically with others during that time. I don't feel ready for the first day of school, but don't want to be a drop=out without giving it my all. Just wondering if anyone has any words of wisdom for me. Other than Danacara's - which was to abuse my power with the red flashing lights!! I really wanted to do special needs students in the small busses but apparently all the senior citizens snap those busses up because of the A/C.
