Any rides that are more fun to ride at certain times of the day/night?

Does anyone just like riding certain rides at different times? I think there are lots! I love doing IJA and JC in the dark. The adventureland and tiki-torch atmosphere is so exciting.

me too! i also love riding POTC at night, especially during winter.

My favorite is BTMRR at night....it feels like a totally different ride!!!!

BTMRR all the way! One night, after the fireworks, my BFF and I rode that ride till the park closed (it was a little less than an hour) - it was so awesome! And that thrill you get when they say, "last train of the night!" aagh! :goodvibes It just makes me warm inside. Doing that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.

BTMR, Scream'n and JC at night because they all become a different ride!

HM also more because the lines tend to die at night and you can go on it again and again with little wait :)

Matterhorn at night - surprised no one said that one - the views of the rest of the park as you zip by are great!

I agree with BTMRR and JC. Also kind of odd to exit HM after dark.

Also surprised no one said the same about Splash - the views and atmosphere.

All of the rides that take place during night time were always just that much closer to reality as a kid when I would ride them at night (all of the Dark rides take place at night). POTC and HM of course are great at night. I always tried my best to get my eyes acustomed to the dark of Space Mtn while standing in the queue so riding at night helped that a lot.

I truly feel that DL after dark is a whole different park and worth experiencing.

We like JC during the day much more than at night because you can see so many more little details.

The Matterhorn at night during the fireworks show. I don't even care for the Matterhorn because it is so bumpy but have to say it was pretty cool during the fireworks show. It looked like they were bursting in front of you.

Jungle Cruise at night definitely - the only time we ride it.

And we love riding Splash Mountain at night during the fireworks or Fantasmic.

I love BTMRR as well. I'm going to have to try Jungle Cruise at night. I remember that used to close at night many years ago.

I like storybookland canal boats at dusk....so romantic! Way better than during the day!

HM at night. No light tricking into the foyer and barely anyone on the ride, which gives it a feeling as if you're riding alone (when you can't see anyone in the other doombuggies you see when yours is turning, that is).

I forgot about that! That is my favorite ride, so we always ride twice each day - once during day and once at night.

I prefer HM during the day, but mostly because there seems to be less people who feel the need to talk along with the track in the elevator and that bugs the crap out of me!

Ive never done the jungle cruise at night, I was thinking about doing it this trip, do you have trouble seeing stuff int he dark? how is it diffrent.

I can't believe that no one has mentioned the Teacups. So much better after dark.

You can still see things- they are lit in a nice way (no spotlights or anything) I prefer riding it at night :thumbsup2

I agree. That can be annoying. I yell at DH when he's done it before. Usually he just whispers it though. I didn't notice people doing it at WDW though which was nice.
