Any reviews on this Epcot guide???

I LOVE Epcot, but we always feel we may be missing seeing/doing things.....as we like to shop, eat, watch some shows, etc.! Has anyone gotten this book yet? Wondering if it's more a beginner's guide to Epcot or if it would be a great book to read on our VERY long drive down there?

From the excerpts it doesn't look like something I'd spend money on, it does give you a little background into the countries, which is cool.
