Hi my name is Darlene and I'm a Procrastinator.... :teeth:

I've realized latley how bad I've been at putting things off and was wondering if any DISer's had any suggestions or tips from their own experience on how you've reformed your procrastinating ways. :thumbsup2

not a complete transformation but I do procrastinate a lot less than I used to.
I went to time management seminar at work several years ago and it clicked for me. I just needed to realize I get most of my work done in the early morning hours and I'm shot by dinner time. I can't get much done after 5pm.

Always try to eat your vegetable first - in other words do the task you are dreading the most first. Flylady helps too. Don't pressure yourself to much. Anybody can do something for 15 minutes. Give it a whirl. Clutter is way down thanks to flylady at our house.

Lists.. Lots and lots of lists.. Each time you finish a task (no matter how small) and cross it off your list, it gives you a sense of accomplishment - which in turn spurns you on to do more.. ;)

Maybe later....just haven't gotten around to it yet....... :rotfl:
