Any recent reviews of Apple Stroller rental?

I've tried a search and there don't seem to be any threads reviewing experiences with apple stroller rental recently, forgive me if this is a frequent question. They are SO much cheaper than Kingdom or Orlando, but the most important thing is that the process is easy and painless. We've used Orlando and magic before and both experiences were fine. Anyone use Apple recently and have a BAD or GOOD experience? I don't know if I can trust them. TIA!

I haven't seen anything about them recently at all. The only ones that seem to pop up the most are Kingdom (which we love) and Orlando.

I used them in April 2015 and had no issues. It was waiting at the resort when we arrived. I had screenshots, and printed information with me just in case, I ran into issues. I was nervous and called the day before to verify my reservation. The stroller was slightly worn as in color, but rolled fine. I will definitely use them again if cheaper than other companies still. I think we paid like less than $70 for a double city mini for a week and my kids were very comfortable.

I had asked the exact same question last year and didn't get much feedback, but what I did get wasn't great. Enough so that I decided not to rent with them. We ended up paying more and going with Orlando and our stroller was really worn and kind of dirty. So, paying more isn't necessarily going to be better. Next time, I'd some bucks and go with Apple. I will say that at the parks, looking at the other strollers, I had wished that we had gone with Kingdom. They were all much nicer looking. I have also used Magic without any issues.

We used Apple to rent a double stroller and a scooter for my MIL in November 2015. We had no complaints at all. Our week got a little crazy and we ended up feeling like there were a lot of things we didn't get a chance to do so we ended up deciding to add another day while we were there and adding a day to the rentals at Apple was no problem. I would highly recommend them and I feel certain we will be using them again. Our prior experiences were with renting the strollers in the parks and renting from Apple worked out so much better for us and was so much cheaper.

We rented a single stroller from them 2 years ago, and I thought they were amazing to work with! I want to say it was something like $50 for the week. Our stroller was clean, and rolled great. We even had to extend by one day at the last minute, and they were wonderful!

We rented from Apple last year... the stroller was a little worn but nothing major. The process was easy- it was waiting for us when we arrived and we just left with bellhop on our last day. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no rain cover... we tried using ponchos to cover the stroller but with a double it was a little difficult.

I have to say I was also disappointed that there were no rain covers or options for the parent trays (I'm not sure what you call them but they are the trays you can put up near the handles that have drink holders, etc in them. You can rent them from some of the other companies to use with their strollers.) We only had one instance when rain became a problem and we were able to make do with an extra poncho over the stroller but having a cover would have been nice. With that said, I think we would probably still go with them again because we didn't have any other issues and the price was so good.

we used Apple for a scooter rental and as a company we found them very responsive and easy to work with. Their stuff is pretty worn but you get what you pay for. It works so it doesn't have to be pretty!

We had a good experience in January 2015 and are going back in January 2018 and trying to figure out if we should rent from them again or not.

We did not, but only because we stayed at a friends vacation home and Apple did not deliver to their neighborhood, but Orlando stroller rental did.
We also are using Orlando stroller again st the end of the month. No real reason why we chose them over Apple this time.

I used them in Nov 2015 for our trip. They were fine. The stroller was clean, and waiting for us at our hotel. Good at communicating, since we were ordering from Canada.
