Any recent luck with meal => 3 snack conversion?

Just curious for people's recent experiences (since the rumored update in late May), with being able to convert meals to 3 snacks NOT at a resort (i.e. at Karamel Kuche, Les Halles, Main St Confectionary, etc.)? These places were listed on that rumored (though not confirmed) list of changes to the dining plan. I know that resort quick services and some gift shops were doing it before.
