Any recent in-room babysitting experiences?

On our October trip, my DH and I are hoping to have a night out in the parks by ourselves. OUr DD is 2.5, which is too young for the kids club-type services (and we're not staying onsite anyway).

I know basics about the two main agencies (Fullerton and Sitters Unlimited) and have researched costs and all that good stuff. I'm just looking for people who have used either service and can give a recent review. It seems the reviews I've been able to find are a couple of years old, and I'd just like some new first-hand experiences for peace of mind.

My brother and SIL used Fullerton last year and they really liked the sitter they got. The boys were 7 and a pair of 3yo twins.
