I just printed mine. I had almost forgotten about them.

Has anyone had any problems using them?

Yes, I had a problem using mine today. I had 2 - one had my son's name, one had mine. My son's had no problem, but mine said it had no funds left - meaning it had already been used. I haven't used it, it has been attached to the bulletin board at home since I printed it out. So I just stood there and waited, and eventually the manager came over and told the clerk person to give me a free pass.

Don't know what the problem was but I wasn't going to pay again so I just stayed quiet and waited.

I was wondering this too as I'm going to see it soon. How does it work? Are they good at any theater?

No they are not good at any theater. They have to accept hollywood movie money or e-movie cash depending on which ones you have. (the free passes from the cereal, the pop tarts, buying a dvd etc.) You go to the website and find out which theater takes them. Cash only theaters will not take them because they run as a credit card.

I have no problems using ours or using the concession vouchers either. HTH

Only problem we had was they wouldn't accept them for 3-d (was willing to pay the difference in cash since 35 was $10 and they only cover up to $8.50) but they said 2-d only...oh well, guess i'll have to go see it again because i wasn't going to miss it in 3d

We were allowed to use our for 3-d but had to pay the additional fee for the glasses even though we went to a matinee and the $8.50 value would have covered the cost.

We had the ones from buying 1 and 2 on DVD. I had no problem using them. She did have to figure out how to add the extra cost, since we had to pay the difference for the 3D (we did an evening show), but no trouble at all.

I had the concession cash and sent it with DH. They told him it was good for AMC only and refused to take it. He just paid and didn't question it. I called when he got home (since it was a listed theatre) and the manager said to just ask for him if there is a problem again, they must have been new.

We used ours from the 1 and 2 movies with no problems. They were fine on 3D and if the price is more you just have to pay the difference.

I had no problem, in fact I made out on the deal. I had 3 TS3 movie offer coupons, 2 were worth up to $8.50 & 1 was up to $12.00. When I got the tics I needed 2 adult(12.50 each), 2 senior ($10 each) & 1 child (9.50). We went to a 3D one.

The kid working the box office didn't know how to do it and called a manager, when she put it through my bill was $19.50, I saved $35 instead of $29  spent the extra unexpected $6 bucks on snacks:woohoo:

my wife threw away one of the DVD codes, so instead of 2 free passes, I have one..

She can stay home while I go with the daughter.

On this past Sunday, I used the $5 concession cash & verified online (before we left) that I could use it at our local Rave Theater. I did have a problem with it because the concession people had never seen one of these vouchers before & had no idea how to use it or ring it up. After standing there for 10 minutes while 3 people all made different attempts on the cash register, they basically gave me $5 worth of free food and had me move on. - Honestly, they kind of seemed like I was trying to pull a fast one on them!

We used our free tickets with no problem. We also ended up with 4 different $5 snack vouchers, so the biggest problem for those was figuring out how to ring up our snacks so the vouchers would cover them since everything had to be done on a separate order.

We had 4 free passes. Two were from buying toy story 1 &2 on DVD the other two were from kelloggs. The ones from kelloggs gave us a problem it said no funds just like a pp mentioned. We ended up paying for 2 tickets. Grrr. My dh sent kelloggs an email but no response and it's been almost a week. Looks like we are gonna have to call

Went with the Kelloggs ones yesterday, and while it did take the girl awhile to figure out how to put it into the system, they finally went through. We went for a matinee 3D show and it covered both tickets completely. Loved it!
