Any PPO Epcot reservations

Does anyone know if any of the Epcot restaurants are offering PPO reservations?

Not that I'm aware of. Especially with the park opening at 11. The only places that had breakfast (Akershus and Garden Grill) are not serving breakfast (Akershus is not even open).

At this time, I don't believe any restaurant in any of the 4 parks are doing breakfast just yet.
