other than RP & CB, spray areas appear to be rather lacking at U. Believe it’s of a know their audience sort of thing, bit of a general older age of kids vs WDW.
IMOIt all depends on whether the child can actually swim (not to be confused with wearing a puddle jumper or life vest) & their height vs age. YMMV
Several of the pools do have zero entry areas that most younger kids seem to enjoy. Especially those with sand in the equation. Majority of their pools are rather shallow. I”m admittedly vertically-challenged, the main pool at PB near the one side of the slide is deep enough that my feet don’t quite touch. Do love that pool though.
wouldn’t categorize HR, PB or SF as having fast slides. HR is one of the longest in the area.
Where there’s a will, there is a way…have used option to station a responsible person at the top and bottom of slides so that the little ones in our party can enjoy.
