Any point to making a Tutto ADR for September?

Hi all...
I would like to try Tutto Italia but due to the fact that they are planning a closure in the fall I didn't make a reservation for our late September trip.
If I did make one (assuming I could get one now ) do you think they would let me make one or tell me if it will be closed then?
I would hate to waste an ADR only to have it close the week I went or something.

I hope they aren't closing. I made one for mid September and they did not mention anything. Maybe I should call and double check.

I think they would tell you if it would be closed for the dates you want.

We also made an ADR last month for Tutto in Sept and there was nothing mentioned that it would be closing. You could always make the ADR and check back closer to Sept that it will still be open.

We made an ADR for Oct 28th so I assume they aren't closing just yet

Thank you for all the responses. Me thinks I have been worrying over nothing. I will try to make an ADR tomorrow.

Everything I have read said it will be closing late summer/early fall, and reopen a new restaurant in late fall.

But usually the dining line doesn't know these things, nor are they directed to schedule around it, because the scheduling of the closures and reopening aren't set yet. So for them it is business as usual.

I ate there in both Dec and about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I asked while I was there and both times the waiter said the restaurant was very popular, so the renovation has been put on hold indefinitely, as far as they knew. We have another ADR there for our early September trip.

We made one for later in Sept., hope it is still open, it sounds good!
From the conversations I have had with different CM's it sounds like it will be, but.......

We will check when we first arrive and find someplace new if we must
