Any plans for new deluxe hotel?

I know about Coronado Springs (DVC Tower) and CBR, but are there any plans for just a brand new deluxe hotel in the works? Not DVC.

Some of you may be privy to more information than I!

I am guessing the Star Wars hotel will be a deluxe?? Unless they are going to create a new category for immersive theme hotels?

Well, given that the SW Hotel is an immersive theme experience with a minimum length of stay that will cost $$$$$$$ you might as well consider it Deluxe.

There's a new tower going in near Swolphin, but it will not be owned/operated by Disney.

Disney's really all-in on DVC.
