Hello...

title is pretty self-explanatory.... have any good packing tips to share? I think we've all heard the same ones, but for you pros out there, got any new ideas?

The ones we've heard:
-ziplock bags
-dont pack much *difficult!!*
-and pack what you need

:confused3 We need your help!

pack an extra empty foldable-type carry-on or duffel inside one of your bags to hold the inevitable extra stuff that will come home with you.

Mom's DH packs all their clothes. He rolls everything! You wouldn't believe what he can fit into a suitcase! He even rolls the undies!! :thumbsup2

i just posted this on another thread like this..

but if you wear contacts.. take extra contacts and stick them somewhere on you when your in the park

I am a compulsive over-packer. My best advice is to pack half of the clothes you think you'll need, knowing you can do laundry mid-trip.

Also, bring your most broken-in, beaten up shoes. I brought what I thought were broken in shoes (my workout shoes), and got a terrible blister. Wish I had thought to toss in my six-year-old sneakers, which I had brought to DW about three years before (and which had not given me problems even then!). I was walking several miles per day more than I usually do, and my regular workout shoes were very uncomfortable (and I use them 4 or 5 days a week!). Bring your oldest, crummiest , most comfortable sneakers - your feet will thank you!
