We will be in WDW frm 10/27 to 11/3. We have reservations at:
Kona for dinner
Teppanyaki for dinner
California Grill for dinner
Princess Storybook breakfast in Norway

We've only been to the Norway breakfast. We've done Chef Mickey's breakfast, Cinderella's Royal Table breakfast, and 1900 Park Faire dinner in the past.

Any others I should add? We're able to do adults only or with children! Please...any suggestions would be great!

A must do for us EVERY trip is Ohana, we absolutely love it there and so do the kids!!!!! Food is great, and they keep the kids entertained with coconut races, hula hooping etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

I always do WCC (whispering canyon cafe) at the WL. I've heard mixed reviews about it on these boards, but I love the atmosphere and the playfulness of the servers!

Another vote for 'Ohana:thumbsup2 It's great for adults and children. Try to get a window seat if you can. The view is great.

I also like Sci-Fi at MGM. It's a great place to relax. Stick with burgers, onion rings and shakes and you can't go wrong.

I also like dinner at LTT. The characters are great and I like the family style service. I also like the food there but you will hear different opinions. :goodvibes

Have fun,

Crystal Palace has a great buffet and Whispering Canyon Cafe has a great all you can eat skillet and the atmosphere is fun at both places. CP has Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore; and WCC doesn't have characters, but has wooden horse races for the kids, but if you go don't ask for ketchup. Rainforest at DTD is great, Primetime Cafe and Hollywood and Vine dinner buffet at MGM were both wonderful, but there was alot of food at Primetime. Trails End at Ft Wilderness has a great little buffet. I usually prefer not to eat buffet, but at WDW they are out of this world.

I am going to agree with soome of the above!

Ohana,Crystal Palace and Sci Fi...

I love Park Fare too! Delicioius strawberry soup!

Ours are Boma and Crystal Palace dinner with Pooh and Tigger. Both were great IMO. Ohana is becoming a new fav for our family too!!!

Can any of you all please tell me the difference between Kona Cafe and Ohana's? Besides the obvious (menu), what do you all like vs. not like so much.

Atmosphere is important...we'll have four children in our party under the age of six. Is one more fun vs. one more classy?

What abour food for your $$. I have a couple of men who go nuts when they see the prices and walk out not completely full!

Ohanas is all you can eat. It is not a buffet though. They bring you whatever you want from a wide selection of fantastic foods. It is not a character buffet. They do have some cute games for kids, coconut races down the ailes, hula lessons for adults and kids and often a singer to entertain. Just some very good food and all you want of it.

Kona is a nice typical order off the menu restaurant. Excellent food.

Definately go to California Grill without kids at fireworks time! Great date!

Kids love Crystal Palace. Excellent food and character interaction!

Overall we prefer Kona:thumbsup2 ... great service, amazing menu and nice atmosphere. Although, there are no characters here...it is a relaxed atmosphere where kids are welcome.

Ohana is a fun atmosphere, but disappointing food...quantity just not quality.

Enjoy where ever you choose...FYI my husband has a healthy appetite and he has never left Kona hungry or disappointed.

Biergarten has been a must go for us. We love the German food and beer, plus the Oktoberfest show. The kids love to get me up and so the chicken dance!
