Any other incentives to buy thru Disney?

Thinking of buying into DVC, and went thru the presentation again yesterday (had been 5+ years since we went thru the last time)... Was wondering if there were any other incentive program going on that I could get in on? They were touting the $10 a point off, or the points now option.

I was wondering if there was anything else going on?
