Any other Disney Discounts other than Free Dining?

Has anyone heard of Any other Disney Discounts other than Free Dining? We are going October 10-17 (locked in because of plane tix) and was hoping Disney would come out with some type of promotion.

Always, always call the Disney travel company, 407-wdisney. Sometimes, they will have a special pin code to offer you. My family just went in April and when I was doing the research on pricing, I called and they had a special pin code where my kids were free.

When you call, tell them when you are traveling and ask them for any pin codes, special offers. They will be happy to price it out for you. It can be hit or miss. I always call them before I book and sometimes they can save me money, sometimes not. Well worth the call though!

Call and see if they have a pin code - they sent me one last week. I was stay 5 days and get 2 days free. The Travel dates were anytime between Oct. 2 and Dec. 17.

We are already booked for the free dining so they would not let us combine and it was better to just stick w/the free dining

I'm not sure anyone knows what entitles people to PIN codes. I've never gotten one in the mail, but others have - and I'm an AP holder, DVC member (with cash stays as well), Disney Visa holder, etc.

I believe that Disney Visa holders do occasionally get some PIN codes for some stuff a few days before the general public, for free dining, etc.

But it seems that if you just CALL Disney and ask what offers are available, there may be a PIN code available. I got 40% off for a Star Wars Weekend at POP just by asking. The CM had asked if I had any discount code, I said no but I am an AP/DVC/etc. and if anything was available...
