... finding it hard to focus on work today knowing what's on the line tonight?!

I've been at work 4 hours but it already feels like a full day as the anxiety and excitement is building through the office. We even put up a Canucks flag on our flagpole at work so we're all getting into the spirit... I can see Rogers Arena from my office window and so wishing I had tickets to be inside the rink tonight....

DS10's 3on3 hockey coach is from Boston. We've been razzing him about the various Canucks wins on game days. I really want to continue that razzing this Saturday!

Met a mom at the school today. Her DH is in Vancouver as he is one of the stewards of the Cup! He will be travelling with it to the hometowns of the winning players all summer long. What a job eh? Let's just hope he gets to see the home of the Sedins this summer!

Another Canuck fan here hoping that they win tonight! It is time for the city that has Stanley Park to have the Stanley Cup.

When the announcers were talking during intermission on Tuesday's game, they said that the Canadian City that hosts the Olympics is the one to win the Stanley Cup the same year. I guess when Calgary hosted the 88 Olympics, the Flames won the Stanley Cup and I believe Montreal was the other team mentioned so I am hoping that since Vancouver did such a world class job on the Olympics that they will have the Stanley Cup as their reward too.

I know I am so disappointed with the lack of heart that they played with. They did not play as a team that wanted the Stanley Cup. They make it so hard to be a Canucks fan.

I am still proud of the boys! They had a fantastic year..

what is making me angry, so angry beyond words are what's happening downtown by a small fraction of people who have ruined the good feeling for everybody.

The real fans in the rink were cheering on the Canucks AND the Bruins at the end ((I did laugh at Bettman getting boo'ed. I won't lie )) But those little youknowhwat's causing trouble downtown deserve the books tossed at them. This is my city, I will not condone NOR support it.

I was shocked and angered by what I read this morning and the stupid riots. Yes I was disappointed the Canucks lost, maybe angry, but c'mon, it's just a game! The Canucks just did not have it against Boston period! The fact that people would destroy things like that is truly shameful! Simply opportunists looking for an excuse to smash and grab.

I was flabbergasted at the thousands of people who just stood around and watched, taking pictures, laughing and smiling. Why on earth weren't they trying to get out of the area to let the police and emergency crews do their jobs?

Really the riots had nothing to do with them losing it would have happened anyways, its just a group of people looking for any reason to cause trouble. The Canuck fans int he stands were very well behaved, and did cheer when Canadians hoisted the cup! Even Chara, who played in BC!

Looks like all those pictures and videos will be put to good use! While it was a disgrace to see the rioters, it's reassuring to see all the people trying to identify them. As TagsMissy said, the REAL fans were cheering the Bruins and the Canucks which was true class ... and booing Bettman which is just the right thing to do
