Hi. DD is getting married on Aug.1 At least trying, with the money htese days and her hours just got cut. Anyway. How far in advance do you send out the invitations?

I plan on sending my roughly 3 months in advance, since it's a destination wedding.

August 1st? ASAP I would think!

Is she getting married at Disney because looking your name Disney Ontario i am guessing you are from Canada. Do not forget you need a passport to get into the States now. So I would get them out ASAP so your guest who do not have passports have time to get them. You could also send a save the date now and send formal invitation a little later.

I'm getting married August 31, 2009 and I'm just about ready to send out my invites - they will go out next week once I finish the belly bands. My RSVP date is July 1st - early I know, but I doubt anyone is going to decide on coming after that date.

I'm getting married at the Yacht Club on August 8th and my invites are going out this coming Tuesday and asking for a reply by June 30th. With a destination wedding you don't want to give your guests too long to think about it or it will be lost, forgotten, or put to the side. 3 weeks from mailing to RSVP is about right. But the other girl was correct, if you are in Canada, your Canadian guests will need to get passports~ Congratulations! :lovestruc
