Ohhhh, I'm so glad my Dsis and I aren't alone. We hijack our kids webkinz. In fact I signed my DD up for something called "club penguin" on some other site so I can play more with her webkinz!!

Club Penguin is at miniclip.com Click on the club penguin thing. Its free or you can upgrade your membership for about $5/mo. You run races against other penguins, throw snowballs, dress them up, buy them a pet, dance, make pizza, decorate your igloo, etc. My DD has alot of fun but I'm too busy playing webkinz to see if I want to take this over yet!

OK...now is the time to confess all of the thing that you know that that rest of us don't........does everyone know about the survey you can do 2x a week for 50 kinzcash?

It is on the contact us section of the newspaper every Monday and Friday. Go to the second tab....they ask one question you answer via one check mark...and cha ching...50 kinzcash!

Oh, and about the studio....it can be found in games I think. You have to buy the studio, then actors and sets so that you can make your own movies. It is kind of fun, but it is really geared toward the older "kids" as you have to make up and type your own dialog. Maybe someone else has a differant opinion of course....

My daughter now has 20 of these things, she has them all hanging out in the "family room" in rows of chairs, its pretty funny! I just picked up that Sherbert Bunny for her to go in her easter basket.

DD-10 just started playing on this website with a friend. I don't know very much about it (other than what you all have just said).
Question - can the pets talk to each other (like dialogue box or IM)? When games are being played, is there communication between the pets? Just curious (with internet safety and all)

The only "talking" is pre-scripted. There isn't a dialogue box or IMs. I worry about the same thing.

Just a hint here....you really should put all your Webkinz in bed when not playing with them....this keeps their health, hunger and happiness where it was last left....if you put them to bed at 100% they will stay that way. Sitting in the family room...they will not. Just a hint to save on that food bill for 20

I'm addicted too. DD6 now has 10 Webkinz. I started out playing to earn her cash, but now I'm an addict. I earn the cash and she spends it. I also make sure all her pets are all at 100% too. I love Cash Cow, Hungry Hog, Candy Bash, and the Tile game.

My dd loves them SO much, we just pre-ordered the Koala, and she asked me to order the new Dalmation for her birthday. Addicting.

However, I have instituted a rule that she can only accept new friends if they are someone she knows. No saying 'yes' after a tournament. (I got a little flipped out one night about a gift, and I don't flip out easily.)

She has some that she hasn't even moved since Nov-poor things have been sitting in chairs the whole time- and they still are all at 98...when do they start losing health, happiness etc??

Well, it must be A OK to let sleeping dogs lie....or sit in chairs in the "family room". I was just doing what the webkinz bible told me to do..... nope not addicted!!!!

my daughter has been into these webkins for about a month now.... i have a ? for all of you..... she has 2 and created 2 different accounts and didnt know that you can have more than one on 1 account...she now wants to merge the one onto the other is that possible?? we try and it says the code is already being used???? can anyone help me i mean us????

So, my wife says to me.... "can you play Emily's Webkinz game for her"?..... There was nothing I wanted to do less.... but my other daughter showed me the game with the bear that jumps stumps / trees...... and that was pretty darn fun, but they definitely keep making it harder... the most I ever earned was 18 before crashing / stoppping.

I think you are out of luck. When you are registering them they ask "are you sure" because you can't change it once you do it...

I LOVE Polar Plunge!! That is such a fun game.

Google webkinz and find other stores out there in cyberland. I was unable to get the bunny from NJ so I went online and I had it the next day with a couple dollars in s/h expenses. I got love puppy this way too! They are definitely huge in NJ and the supply is sometimes tight!
