Any Opinions on The Hulk Fast Pass Line

Yeah, sounds like they don't have a TM at the merge point after all. ;)

We go round numerous times one after the other............we`re not going to be popular if the same people have to let us through more than once :sad2:

If you do get there and the TM isn't doing his/her job at the merge point and just letting you merge yourself, go talk to Guest Services afterwards and POLITELY tell them. Don't mention the name of the TM, just say you'd like to make a complaint about Hulk, and explain the situation. It will be sent to a Guest Service coordinator as well as the ride's supervisor.
 
That`s a good idea. I would never blame the TM member anyway, it would be the new situation I would have an issue with, if it was a problem.

I`m proud to say I have never, ever had a grumble about any TM at US/IOA. Always find them to be fantastic..........even when one had a laugh with me about having Mickey Mouse on my waist pack one year :rotfl: He was very funny :thumbsup2

I don`t use that pack anymore :rolleyes1

That`s a good idea. I would never blame the TM member anyway, it would be the new situation I would have an issue with, if it was a problem.

Why not mention the TM? And why would it not be the TM's fault? If he's at the merge point he knows what his job is... and if he's too busy checking text messages or whatever, he ain't doing it.

By the time you ride and get back on the same people will not be there. You might pass a few of the same people in the front row line but that's about it. The new express line comes up and merges about 20 feet before the front row and regular rows split.:thumbsup2

No, I don't work there, but for me, I wouldn't want to use their name because I wouldn't want to ruin someone's day, but that's just me. Use it if you'd like. I feel like using someone's name makes you look like your only purpose for going into Guest Services is to get them in trouble, which isn't what I'm about.

But if you don't give a name isn't there a risk of trouble finding the wrong person? Or finding several people, when only one is at fault?
 
I would think this would really slow down the line. I hope when we are there in a few weeks, that they start stopping the line to let us in.
 
I don't like the sound of this change. Although I always like the front row of a coaster, I am not willing to wait the extra time (unless it is only a 1 or 2 train extra wait) so I don't mind sitting elsewhere on the train. I liked at Hulk how you entered right at the boarding area and got right on the next train. With Dragons, since you merged so far back, it was usually around a 4 train wait and the Express really didn't save anytime.

the first thing guest services will ask is, did you see the nametag on the TM....
if you didn't see a name tag or person, it really is a no brainer.


you tell guest services the time you were there trying to merge into the regular line, and they will find out who was to be in position there at that time.



you are missing the point.


the purpose is not to get a TM in dutch, but to have universal properly train TM's to make the lines function the way it is intended to be.

if they are assigned to be there, the line would run more efficiently.


we all are adults here, well, kind of :laughing:, and our point going to gs is not to be a snitch but to let it be known, trouble could pop up due to lack of staff at that place.

it is terrible hot out.
tempers do flare.

why let something become a problem when it can be solved immediately.

For what it is worth, last time I was at the Hulk, which was probably around 9 at night.. there wasn't a TM there :rolleyes1

You need to give the employees name, so they know WHO to counsel, correct, or discuss concerning the situation. Otherwise, they may not be sure exactly who you are complaining about/ someone may have been covering for another one who was on break or whatever. Or, if it is something you see all day long, that is another story or course.

It is not about ruining someones day, it is about people doing their job.
 
Only started this to see what Peeps thought of the new FOTL, not arguments about TMs or getting them in trouble.
personally over the last week or so, i think the Single rider line is better and quicker IMHO than the FOTL.
I will complain to GS about the new line and not a TM,as if like a few others , i use FOTL , not for requesting a specific seat but to ride quicker, and if i want to ride the Front i get there early [which is not often] or join the normal queue

Yes, the express line now does take much longer than it used to.
