Any opinions on Sunset Lakes

I'm still searching for a place that has fishing on their grounds and found this place. Has anyone stayed there?

There are 2 lakes at Sunset Lakes which are well stocked. You have to return the fish to the lake after catching. Great location in the Formosa area, very close to parks, 4 miles via the Sherberth short cut and spacious homes.
