Any opinions on Karmel Shuttle?

I currently have reservations with Disneyland Express. We would have to be picked up from our hotel at 8:35 for our 12:10 flight home. For just a few dollars more, we could book with Karmel and not have to be picked up until at least 9:25, since we would to straight to the airport (LAX) rather than to the DLH first. I am sure we would also arrive at our hotel sooner from the airport. I just haven't heard much about this company.

we used them a year ago and they were fine, on time and friendly drivers. No complaints. this year we used the resort express and it was ok, but we were staying at the DLH so didn't have to transfer, it did take longer then the shuttle, because of their schedules. I's use the shuttle again if we go back.
