Hi! Everyone! I was woundering did anyone get there documents yet? I figure we should be getting them soon. ON the forum board some people that is leaving on the 22nd got there already. I did mine on line and we are all set, but I still cannot wait to they come in the mail. I just want to come home and see that envelope.

No documents yet! I was kinda watching for them in this week's mail. Someone today posted for July 27th Wonder that they received documents! It can't be long now!

Loved the photos of the Pirate Ship at Castaway. It's midnight here, so I guess they are showing the POTC Movie right now on the ship! My DDs can't wait to see it! They Orlando Bloom (Will). (I'm keeping the Flying Dutchman at Castaway a secret if possible!)

I got a little rush of excitment when I saw the countdown!

Wow I am back - the concert was SOOOOOOOOOOO Good

Plus my computer has been upgraded and according to Dave I have more memory than I could possibly need !!! Best thing is I have it back for the weekend.

I must admit I was having the shakes about not being able to get on !!!

I have been thinking any time now we'll be getting the documents. I think I'll get mine after you, so cant wait to see the first postings.

On a more subdued note, I just want to say its been a day of remberence here in theUK. It was one year ago that the london bombs went off and terrorists tried to shut London down. Despite thier effort the british people remain strong and defiant! The plan did not work . Please say prayers for the 52 people who died and the hundreds who were injured.

Wow Lisa...sorry to hear about the horrible lightning strike. Your daughter sure did a great job in a terrible situation. Our thoughts go out to you as well as those in the UK effected by terrorism.

My 12 yo DD is wanting to hang out with the 13 and older group and I wanted to see if any of you with 12 yo's are in a similar situation. She is pretty mature for her age and doesn't want to be with "little kids".

We just got back to Charlotte from a trip to the DC area for the 4th and are getting ready!
Picked up 10 underwater cameras at Target yesterday on sale @ $6.22/per...get yer snorkels ready

Hello Everyone!! Sorry to report... The Fed Ex man drove right on by today, UPS just left a package on my neighbor's doorstep but didn't stop at my house, and the mail lady didn't have anything special for me either! No cruise Docs yet!

I can't remember... do they come by regular mail or delivery service?

Jen, I know your kids will be so excited to see POTC II. My girls really want to go, but I think we're going to save it for the ship. IF... I can hold out for 3 more weeks...

Jen, I think I will waite till we are on the ship. But I know my DS and DH will not. My son works at AMC (it is a theater) so I know they will be going to see it. They can't wait.

He casually dropped into the conversation this morning that our TA phoned on Monday to say that Our tickets have arrived and we were to call in and get them!!

He says he forgot to tell me.

I mean how can you forget that. !!!

Helen...have to think that Dave will never force another amnesty on you. Once you are allowed to talk about it again he may question his reasoning!!!!! Great job on your room sign and on the daily count!!!

Jen...good job on getting work done!!!! It has to make a vacation so much more enjoyable. I'm not a career gal, but I volunteer at the kids school. We throw a HUGE bazaar in the fall and I can occassionally be crafty. I have been trying to figure out things that I can do down here that will transfer well up north. Working on canvases and wooden signs right now. Want to get a bunch done before we cruise.

Have to say to all...I am soooo glad that none of you have gotten your docs either!!!!!!! I had been worrying that they had forgotten us. We had to switch our residency to our Florida residence in order to save a bit of funding, so thought they were lost!

OK....we couldn't wait till the ship for POTC!!!!!!!!! My biggest and best tip is don't go in with pre-conceived notions! Enjoy it as it's own movie for the purpose of entertainment! I read alot of reviews putting it down, but realized people were going in thinking it should be this or that. Well, we LOVED it! My folks took Tom...he was going to wait till the cruise. They all LOVED it! I am looking forward to number three coming out...and then having all three on DVD so that we can have a Pirate Fest at home some early evening!!!

Again I have babbled! Thanks for your patience! Looking so forward to seeing everyone! Next week is surf camp for the kids! Hey Jen...how are your boys doing with that????

OH...one more thing...as to 12yo wanting to be in the teen club...they do monitor it pretty closely...unless there aren't alot of teens onboard. When the boys and I did our Wonder trip in November, there were hardly any teens. Well, they made a good friend of a senior in high school and the cruise staff of the The Stack. They spent alot of time on the basketball courts...and held their own! So the Stack crew let them in one afternoon when there weren't too many other older kids. It was quite a trip, they ended up with the whole teen staff on Castaway Cay coming to find them for a couple games of Ultimate Frisbee and a bit of bball, because...even though they were 9 and 11 they are athletes!
Anyway, if any of the 9-12 year olds like to be busy, my three will be glad to play too! Abby,14, usually hangs out at the bball court too!
