Could we get a sign in on everybodys names again. Somehow I don't know where to look to put first names to faces??? Another thread has people posting pics so we can see who we are talking with. Maybe????

Tif, Check out what I did in the First post. Under the bottem DIS meet I put the names of the people with the screen name. This may help? Let me know what you think.

At Tif's suggestion I added to the 1st thread the names of the people that go with there schreen name. Good suggestion! If any one would like there names added just post it and when I am on I will add to the first thread.

Just so that you know the names are under the second DIS remeinder.

Tif, Not a problem. I love playing on the computer. This is my way of relaxing. We just got home from a Brithday Party for my friends 3 year old. It was alot of fun. The theam was pirate. I got some nice patcher. I have some pirate things to share with everyone to. I will bring to are DIS meat. I bought them from Oriental trading. I can not waite.

Last night we had a 1 month till our Disney vacation celebration dinner with wine for parents and sparkling cider for the kids.

Our kids are really excited about the cruise since this will be their first one. Dh is excited but a bit leary. He keeps asking what will the kids do...and I said they'll be at the kids club...then he says then why bring them

Tif -- I'm so sorry to hear about the suburban and the Wicked tickets -- that is so frustrating! Glad you had a decent evening, despite that.

Flo -- we are Marci, Randy, Andrew (10) and Jake (7).

We've had a busy weekend -- I had errands in Dallas yesterday -- a pedicure (yahoo!), had to pick up my favorite make-up bag from the tailor (needed repairs) and a new bracelet (costume -- not real unfortunately!) for formal night, plus some goodies for the cruise meet. Then Andrew had an in-door soccer game, then Randy and I had a meeting last night about the school auction.

Today includes Sunday School and Church, then back over to Rockwall for soccer practice. Later tonight is the sign-up for VBS.

34 days --- it's getting so close!

That is so exciting! We watched just a bit before we headed out to mass! Last night we caught a few minutes of Drew Carey on the Leisure Channel as an official correspondent for FIFA World Cup! He did a nice job.

Okay...Did anybody see THE post???? The Flying Dutchman has arrived at Castaway Cay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How exciting is that!!!! They say it will be there till 2007! WOOHOO!

Hi Everyone -
Just caught up on the last few pages of this thread - it is really nice to read the information on the family activites (dog competitions, golf, baseball, etc) and even nicer to see how encouraging you all are when one of your fellow DISers is having a bad day. I know that some of you have been e-mailing for a year now, so it has to be very exciting to finally put a face with a name!! (Although I'm sure you feel like you've already known each other for a while!

We were late booking our cruise, so I haven't been on the boards for very long, but it sure is a great place for information and humor! DISers really are the BEST!!

There are 4 in my family -I'm Carla, DH Jeff, DD - Ansley 12, DD Addison 8.
This is our 2nd Disney Cruise, our 1st 7 day, and we are COUNTING THE DAYS !!

I know this question was asked before...but how many of us are dressing up for pirate night? And how elaborate is your costume? On the main board there is some pics of some really cool costumes that make ours look like pajamas in comparison Do you go all out or dress up some t-shirts and jeans?

I think we are somewhere in between the all out and t-shirt.

Well I've had a weekend of mixed emotions!

Before I start I just wanted to thank you, I had such a smile on my face last night after reading the thread, it was lovely !
Infact I was smiling so much it killed Dave and he kept saying " what are you smiling about?" I kept replying "if i tell you you would have to shoot me!"

Well the dog competion it was not very good news im afraid. We were racing in Sunday, but on Sunday Dave took all the dogs for a walk to the woods, and Ben cut his pads and was limping. It meant that he could not compete and he was feeling very sorry for himself, (and still is) well the team did not do very well in his absence!

But England did!! Again they played terrible but some how managed to pull through!!!

Next Saturday 4pm England verses Portugal the one to watch !!!

Jen, I saw the picturest you are talking about. You are right they looked great. No we are not dressing up. We iwll have a hat and some lottle thing but that is it.

Jen -- my boys are dressing up in pirate costumes -- Andrew (10) was Jack Sparrow for Halloween last year, so I just bought Jake (7) a costume off of ebay. I still can't decide what to do for Randy and myself. I kind of wanted to dress up, but the costumes I have come across for women make women who are a little heavy on top look a little sleezy. That is NOT what I thought of when I saw the pictures on the board of other DISers dressed up -- just what I thought when I tried one on me.

So, I'm hoping for some cool stuff to come out after the release of POC on July 8th, and I'll probably just do shirts for Randy and myself!
