Any one from Mobile Al that can help me with a hotel?

We are leaving on a cruise from Mobile and just need a clean, safe hotel for a night. We will be getting in late so don't want to spend a lot of a room. I am looking at the La Quinta at 816 Beltline highway south or the Baymont Inn on 930 W-I-65 service road south. They are both really cheap but I don't want to stay some place that is not going to be clean or safe. I am from St. louis and I know there are some hotels that I would not recommend to anyone!! Thanks so much!!!

Wonderful, very clean, awesome staff, good price too! It is right across the bay from downtown Mobile, about five minutes from the USS Alabama battleship.
