Any one else trying to win their way to Disney World?

Well I am trying to win my way to super soap week end next year thanks to colgate. Has anyone else entered this promotion? It would be great if a fellow Dis board member won. And of course we would expect a nice long and detailed trip report!!

I have been trying to win a contest on the local radio station. Not having much luck. But I did win a WDW trip a couple years ago through them so I guess I can't get too greedy LOL.

I won a trip to Universal Studios about 8 years ago from a local radio station!! It was the only way that would have been able to go. After that we got the bug and have been to WDW and Universal a few times.

I enter the online contests, and would love to see at least someone from these boards win!!!

Those of you that have won, what's it like?

Do you get to pick your dates? Do you get to pick your resort? Can you extend the trip or up grade in any way?
Do you to deal with CRO?

I read a trip report on mouseplanet a few years ago about a family that won a trip to disney. They had to pay extra (plane tickets, park passes)for one person. The prize was for 4 people but they were a family of 5.

I hope someone here wins and writes a nice long, detailed trip report.

It's WALK. They will play the cue to call followed by the "artist of the day" and it happens a few times a day and there is a toll free number to call that they say right when you are supposed to call in. Good Luck!

When I won I had been planning a trip for July to stay at the AS Resort. I won right before I mailed in the deposit!! We won a five day four night trip with airfare. I dealt with WDTC and I got to pick which hotel I wanted (we picked YC). I got to pick the dates too (we went in May). Our trip was for a family of four, but we were only a family of 2 and a two year old (he got into the parks free). We flew on Jet Blue and I had an extra voucher (since there were only three of us) that I sold on ebay or the swap board (can't remember). When we checked in we were given (4) 4 day park hoppers and (4) Water park hopper tickets as well as PI or DQ admission tickets. Our trip was for 4 nights 5 days, but after we discovered that we would have extra passes, we extended our stay another 3 nights (over at the AS Music using a code "CVZ" ) and used the extra passes. We had some days left on the passes when we checked out, so I gave them away to someone on another board since they had an exp date of about a month later.

I think we paid like $25 to switch our airfare. We also got $250 Disney Dollars and transportation to and from the airport. We also got a photo album, a bunch of autographed pics from the characters, VIP seating at the parade (which we did not do), a Guest of Honor Certificate, a nice framed character sketch, a gift basket upon check in with all kinds of goodies and a Thank You card from Mickey!!

It was an awesome trip!!!!

It was a radio contest. I called in and was the correct caller and then was entered in their weekly drawing and got the call that I won!! They also entered all their weekly winners (4 or 6 of them) into a drawing to win a trip for 12, but I didn't win that one.
