I have been trying to get a Limo reserved with them since before Christmas!!!
No-one is returning my calls. I have a price quote sent to me on-line and they have "misplaced" it???
I know I should look elsewhere.... We did use them in Aug 2003 with no problem and wished to use again as we had great service then.
My 3rd phone call was to a poor woman who apparently was the only one in the office-she was answering the radios from the drivers as she was talking to me!!!
I will start the process over with another company. I did like the idea of using credit card, rather than cash, as can always dispute any charges.
Does Tiffany use CC?
