Any non US resident ever get a pin code?

I keep reading about the pin codes, like many others on here I have been several times over the last few years, have registered on the site and checked my preferences. I normally book directly on Disney.com or via a US travel agent (DU) but I am based in the UK. Does this mean I will never get a code and has anyone from outside the UK ever got one??

Yep. My OH has, but not ona post card, we found out by calling and they said it qwas attached to his name. I never havbe and have registered with everything. The only difference is that this, and a couple of offers arrived after he did a survey after were were leaving Epcot one evening.
