Any (non-Dis) European travel tour packages/groups geared for 40 somethings?

A co-worker was telling me about a wonderful tour group she went on recently alone and is planning to go again. It was with Contiki.com. This particular company is only for 18-35 year olds. While I am always mistaken for being still in my 30's and could probably get away with going on these tours, (as they were so highly recommended,) I think I'd actually have more in common with a group of 40 somethings.

Anyone know any reputable companies for traveling Western/Central Europe & Greece like the one I mentioned? I'd like tours to places other than Disney. I have no interest in going to Disney in Europe when I can easily get my fill of Disney here. I want to be able to safely travel to other places in the world with a reputable group.

Thanks! Someone else mentioned the Disney Adventures but I misunderstood them - or I thought they had misunderstood me - as I thought they were recommending trips TO Disney.
