Any news on the Spiderman update?

I have read that they are refurbing Spiderman for 2012 season and wondered if anything had been announced re shutdowns. In fact I havent seen anything where I can find out about refurbs at US/IOA.

We are going early September this year and hoping that it won't be closed.

There have been no closures other than the Jimmy Neutron ride posted for the fall. No one knows how long Spiderman will be down to complete the switchover but it shouldn't be long.
