Any news on BWV construction?

I just want to find out if anyone has an update on the construction going on at the BWV? I had read a few weeks ago about a pipe break. Hope this doesn't push back the completion date.

We just got back from BWV and had two studios next to each other that were in the area of the reported pipe break. The ceilings and walls in the hallway were covered with mesh. Through the mesh you could see that the pipes in the ceiling were exposed and the bottom of the walls were busted up. We also had a note on the counter that said they were working on the pipes in that area. I didn't notice any water damage in the studios. They were 2029 and 2031, BW views over Big River Grill.

Lulu, just wanted you to know that we have a Lulu as well. She is a Jack Russell Terrior; looks from your pic. so is yours. Great pic. Oh, and we just bought into to BWV so I hope everything gets corrected soon. Thanks for the update.

Maintenance Alert: Disney's BoardWalk Resort
To ensure facilities are maintained to Disney quality standards, portions of Disney's BoardWalk Resort will be undergoing building maintenance, which will extend to limited areas of Disney's BoardWalk Villas. Engineering Services Cast Members will be replacing sections of the porte cochere roof during March and segments of the piping system through July 2005. Work on the piping system will take place in the Guest room building corridors and surrounding areas daily during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. No work is planned to take place in Guest rooms. The dog is Freddie and he's a rat terrier (yep, he's a boy but has feminine tendencies and prefers Minnie ears).

As to the noise, none that I noticed from the pipe work and we took lots of mid-day breaks. Now, the noise from the Super Bowl people on the BW is another story...
