Am planning my first visit to DLR in July with my 19 yr old DD!!! So excited !! I have read a lot of reviews but cant find anything recent for these 2 restaurants. I would love to hear from anyone who has done the WOC dinner at either of these restaurants lately. I am leaning towards the WCT mainly 'cause I love wine lol .....but also want the best food.

Thank you so much.

My 25yr old son & I ate at Ariel's Grotto on Friday Night.......DELICIOUS!!!

You start with a basket of bread that's served with pesto~yogurt, garlic ranch & butter with sea salt dips.

They also bring out a antipasti tower: salad, cheeses, fruit, marinated olives, roasted vegies, & shrimp~lobster salad.

We chose the Herb Crusted Chicken Breast & the Cioppino. Both really good. The chicken was very juicy & the sides were excellent. The seafood was plentiful in the cioppino & a nice broth with a spicy kick.

The dessert platter is a chocolate lovers delight: lava cake, tiramisu cups, chocolate ganache, white chocolate film strip.....plus fresh berries, apple mousse, passion fruit mousse and macaroons.

The service was excellent & they kept our drinks filled through out the meal.

Thankyou sooo much for your review and the awesome pictures. It looks very tempting and I am definately going to consider AG now!

Did this for my birthday about a year and a half ago. The one and only time I've had the chance to eat at AG and it was great. It was a lot of food and all of it tasted awesome, the only downfall we had was a lack of time. Due to the WOC shows, the restaurant reservations were running late and we had to rush through the meal in order to get in line in time. We waited only 20-30 min. to get our spots for the show and had a pretty decent view.

Overall, I loved AG, but I would probably not do them together again unless you are fast eaters!

We really like AG. Much better than WCT in our experience, however, we have not eaten at WCT since the menu changed. We would rather spend our money at AG. :) And, you can get drinks at AG, there is a full bar upstairs so they can accommodate your drink requests.

We did WCT last week for WOC. We did AG for WOC when it opened in 2010. Food was good at both. However the staff at WCT were very disorganized so AG gets my vote also:goodvibes

You're very welcome....I think our family has had every entree offered & not one complaint from some picky eaters in our group!!

Thanks for your review! I was leaning this way and you may have tipped the scales!

Pictures tell the story......delicious-ness!!

Our dinner ressie was for 5pm & the show wasn't until 8pm. We had dinner & then took off to do other things. We came back around 7:30pm & the area had already been opened up. We still were able to find a spot to see without people directly in front of us. (we're tall so that helps some) I know some people get in line as soon as they set up the ropes....but you could be in a line for a good hour doing this.
