any new news on 4S

I understand 4 seasons scheduled for july open next year. Any news on pricing, etc. curious where it would compare to gf and ritz and waldorf. i believe phone lines officially open mid oct for next summer opening, so should have some idea then. Any diccounts or packages or promotions, i aasume not.
