Any new "in-park" big wins?

Hi! Has anyone heard of any WDW guest winning a BIG prize as of late (not lanyards, ears, certificates... or even the Castle stay as it is awarded daily) but one of the "biggies"?

I wondered if the promo is "winding down" and if the majority of prizes have been awarded, or if it is still very active?

Not sure, but if I win anything I'll post! I like to read about the prizes like no others. The one from the wife of an army soldier on their last day there-w/o her hubby on their ann. trip-that was great!!!! And the one where the family went to check in & was upgraded!!! I like to hear how the CM's really go out of there way to make dreams come true!!!!!

Recently, I heard that a couple return trips to Disney were awarded as part of the fan weekends (at the Studios). I also heard that another Grand Marshal Trip to all Parks was given out this last week.

So a lot of excitement has been going down as of late.

Aww that was me!!! It truly was a magic gift, and to DH and me, it would be right up there with the dream of staying in the castle. It was such an amazingly special, personal moment for us...

I was just thinking...you wouldn't want a castle stay w/o your hubby there to share it with anyway. That dream was something so special to you & I don't think I've read a more touching one. (I am still surprised at how many people read your post & didn't respond!!!!! Where is our patriotism???? ) I guess this is a dream post & I happy to hear a deserving family got a great one. (Not to say we're not a deserving family too!hahaha!) It's just something that touches your heart & it means more to you than you can explain ...been there, done that-my husband was in the 1st Gulf war...wasn't sure if we'd have to postpone our wedding. People did many nice things for me while he was away-but having Disney recognize you both-it's just MAGICAL!!!! Hope he makes it home soon
