What our kids have used for autographs...
WDW autograph books
t-shirts
tops of bongo drums
post cards

Any other idea's please ?

For our trip in August I made DD an autograph book. One page to put a photo on and one page for the character to sign. I used stickers and such to make each page. All of the characters loved it particularly the rare ones. When the Mad Hatter saw that he had a page just for him he went running all over the place showing people. Captain Hook treated dd to some extra time and treated her like a princess. I also printed up pictures of dd with the characters and had the characters sign these.

I've just this second finished adding some new autograph pages to the set I created for last year's trip - I just printed them out and made my own book - I got a ton of PD from the characters too - they loved seeing their pictures in the book :)

You can download my pages here: http://autographswithpixiedust.blogspot.com/

RJ :)

I've also heard of finding a story book that has lots of the characters in it and getting them to sign by their picture on their page.

how about lunch boxes, get a plain lunch box or juice bottle and get a character to sign in permanent marker, and you get a very unique souvenir that you child can take to school!

I think this is what we are going to do this year.

My DS did a big ball that looked like a baseball that he bought at WDW one year. It was great! We also did tags that we had each character autograph, and when we got home placed them in a big fram with corresponding pics of the characters. Hung it in DS's room.

My dd had a plain white bucket hat that she took one year and had characters sign that. I think that maybe we'll do the pillowcase this year since she needs something special for her 13th birthday.

I was just at the Disney Store and bought my kids cute little journals to use as autograph books. They are hard cover with different characters on them. The pages are colored and have small drawings of various characters in the corners. We plan to put a picture of the kids with the character on the left hand page and have the character sign the right hand page. The CM in the store gave us the idea. The books are really cute and only cost $4.50.

Get a large picture frame with a thick foamcore frame inside. Have them sign the frame and then blow up the favorite character picture and put it inside.

Here are a couple:

Bring along a mat that you would use around one of your photographs...Have them sign that

In each park they sell small prints with a mat ($15).. I was dying to get the one that had mickey, pluto, & donald but we were leaving the next day & wasn't sure I'd see them all to have them sign the mat. Next time :thumbsup2

Craft stores sell markers that can be used on plates/mugs/bowls...

We usually buy the books at the parks, but this weekend my DDs each made their own autograph books for MNSSHP on the 29th! Thye each feature a LGMHPC on the cover!

Which is better for signatures on clothing, Sharpies or fabric pens?

I love that idea! I also love the picture of your dog. What a cutie :)

I brought a plain white visor w/ 3 different color sharpies to Chef Mickeys last week for autographs. The writing kinda spidered out onto the visor so it looked pretty bad. After the 1st autograph I tossed it in the garbage.
